Any person who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the okbety platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. okbety reserves the right to void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and withhold all funds associated with such an account, and to report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) okbety account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

okbety reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your okbety login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number.

All financial transactions on the okbety platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbety does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider (e.g. GCash, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PayMaya) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside okbety's control.
Deposits: Funds deposited into your okbety account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. okbety aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during business hours.
Verification requirements: okbety may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
okbety reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or the use of automated software — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses, the voiding of associated winnings, and the suspension or permanent closure of the account(s) involved.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okbety's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
okbety reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your okbety account at any time by contacting okbety support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to the closure date.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with okbety informally by contacting our support team. okbety will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority. okbety cooperates fully with all lawful requests from Philippine regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR and the AMLC.
